| Abstract |
| | Basic Mentor Graphics PCB design flow was added with converter software, which allows full automatic data translation from Expedition PCB EDA software package and Analog Designer electronic simulator to BETAsoft thermal simulator. As a result labour intensity and time for thermal simulation stage many times decreased. Human made steps and errors are also excluded. |
