Abstract |
| In the paper authors consider different architecture solutions for design of satellite navigation receivers on base hardware (HW) approach when the receiver is developed on base ASIC (as SoC or SiP) and software (SW) approach when its implementation is oriented on general purpose processor usage. Some specifics of both approaches and their mixes as intermediate versions are discussed; their advantages and disadvantages are considered too. Some requirements to processors are defined. Concrete implementations of SW-solutions for navigation receiver for mobile devices with special features on base Intel processors are described. |
