Abstract |
| IP-blocks such as active voltage controlled low pass filter with up to 0.5-1.5 GHz range and driver with 4,7 GHz range are presented. The IP-blocks are based on fully differential OpAmps in SiGe 0.25 um BiCMOS. Due to fully differential architecture the IP-blocks can perform balun
function at once. |
