Abstract
	The article describes ASIC - System On Chip (SoC) that includes two 32-bit floating point DSP and four peripheral devices - (Ethernet 10/100, USB 2.0 Device, MilStd1553, UART) and on-chip synchronous memory. This ASIC SoC can be used into telecommunications and digital signal processing systems. This ASIC SoC has been made on 0,18 um technological process.
