| Abstract |
| | The system CLTT of computer-aided design of functional blocks of custom very large-scale CMOS integrated circuits is described. The proposed topology design flow allows, hav-ing the initial description of functional blocks on VHDL language, to get topological layout with compact placement of macrocells as well as power and data connections in accordance with technol-ogical requirements. |
