Abstract |
| The integrated sensor interface was designed and simulated in Cadence CAD as "system on crystal". The current controlled operational amplifier was selected as main functional unit. The current-voltage dependences and transitional processes of it was investigated at sinusoidal and pulse signal using. The design of analog-digital converter for interfacing sensing element to computer input and digital-analog converter for computer control of sensor microsystem heater temperature was carried out. |
