| Abstract |
| | Circuit design method for cancellation of semiconductor components parasitic parameters
influence on frequency response is offered. It is showed that required frequency response of
compensation circuit could be obtained by existing circuit CAD systems. Compensative circuits of second order are showed. Sample of circuit design is given. |
