Semi-Natural MOSFET Compact Model

Abstract
	A new principle for compact model architecture is suggested. The model is based on real (natural) MOS transistor connected to computer by means of digital-analog converters. The SPICE-like simulation program calls the measured data instead of the mathematical model subroutine. In the paper is developed the model parameter control methods, the model and program coupling method, dynamic mode simulation, the advantage and drawbacks of the method.
