| Abstract |
| | A method for calculating integrated resistors of I/O cells of IC with code adjustment of the nominal value, satisfying the practical requirements of contemporary IC design is proposed. A scheme of the resistor with code-regulation and formulas for calculating the parameters of the circuit are presented. |
