Abstract |
| The 16-digit sigma-delta analog-digital converter (ADC) with frequency of sample of 6.4 MHz is described. Similar converters are widely applied in measuring devices and systems of processing of a sound. This ADC is made on 0.25 micron CMOS technology, its area is 2.76õ1.55 ìì2, and consumes 30 ìÂò from the power supply 2.5 V. The root-mean-square power of noise on an output of the converter is about 1 unit of the lower digit. |
