| Abstract |
| | On the basis of principles of structural optimization of analog circuits efficiency of application of multidifferential operational amplifiers in tool amplifiers as base units of complex-functional blocks of the mixed systems on a crystal is investigated. It is shown, that additional degrees of freedom of such amplifiers allow to improve metrological properties of devices and essentially to reduce a consumed current. Results of modelling various circuit decisions are resulted. |
