| Abstract |
| | It is considered problems of designing operational amplifiers with extreme unity gain frequency. The proposed circuit solutions allow the creation of UHF operational amplifiers, and operational converters with strong negative feedback in the basis of components of modern BiCMOS SiGe technology. |
