| Abstract |
| | The technique of simulation of the big electric circuits containing complex regular structures, on power consumption and the time characteristics is considered, allowing to reduce time of simulation at required accuracy of results, and not showing increased requirements to productivity of the equipment. It is based on replacement of identical blocks by controlled current sources. The technique finds the most effective application at designing, optimization and characterization of memory compilers. |
