| Abstract |
| | The problem of construction of connecting trees at a design stage of VLSI topology is considered. For its solution the modified methods of simulation of evolution and the combined search are proposed. It allows to receive the solution with local optimum for polynimial time. Complexity of algorithms has on the average the square-law order. |
