Abstract |
| Block-oriented statistical timing analysis, in spite of high efficiency, doesn’t account reconvergence of conduction paths and transition variations. It can lead for significant error during arrival time calculation. In the article the method of analysis of input transition variation influence on arrival time is proposed. Also the method of analysis of correlation between local variations due to conduction paths reconvergence is developed. |
