| Abstract |
| | In work the inexpensive, universal complex for measurement of static characteristics of analog-digital converters (ADC) is presented. The complex distinguished with placement on single board all elements for formation of input stimulus, storages of the information and control block. In the paper it is paid attention to a technique of measurement of static ADC characteristics, the problems which have arisen at development are described, results of comparative tests of a complex are presented. |
