Abstract
	In paper a number of complex-functional blocks intended for use in systems-on-chip of processing and safe transfer of videostreams is considered. The set consists of blocks of a spatial filtration of images, selections of movement of objects, HF/LF filtrations of images, constructions of the histogram of the frames, codings/decodings convolutional turbocodes, control of loading of configuration files, Fourier transformation, etc. Parallelization of dataflows, and also use of the distributed modules of memory has allowed to raise speed of performance of algorithms of processing and transfer of images (in recalculation on one iteration).
