| Abstract |
| | It is considered circuit design methods of compensation of capacitance on the substrate and the collector-base capacitance of transistors of analog devices. Conditions under which their dominant influence on the frequency response of typical amplifier stages can be relaxed to 5 ÷ 10 times is received. |
