| Abstract |
| | Technologically implemented principle of construction of the precision touch interface, providing not only measurement of physical size, but also an estimation of its derivative is proposed. It is shown, that analog-digital interfaces of the specified type are characterized by higher accuracy of AD transformation and do not demand additional precision basic sources. Base requirements to analog active elements will well be coordinated with technology of mixed VLSI and can be realized on the basis of domestic technologies. |
