Delay noise analysis, using graph of constraint pairs

Abstract
	Paper proposes delay noise analysis in VLSI, while taking into account data about the delay in each of the functional units of the circuit. The proposed approach uses search algorithm for maximum-weight independent set problem (MWIS) on a graph of constraint pairs.
