Abstract |
| The numerical procedures of quasi-periodic noise analysis are considered. The algorithms are based on two-level circuit model. The modulated stationary noise models with spectral decomposition of stochastic process are used.
The proposed numerical technique provides quasiperiodic noise analysis after large signal quasi-periodic steady state analysis based on mixed frequency-time technique. As a result noise characterization of the widely used multitone RF circuits can be performed at the transistor level by the conventional circuit simulator. |
